The first 6 weeks were really tough. We kind of lived while sleepwalking through the daily routines. The girls spent all of their time filling diapers, sleeping, eating or crying. Just when I thought I'd had enough of this new life called parenting, Abigail smiled!! I spent tons of time positioning the girls on our living room chair and snapping pictures of them, but this time her eyes lit up, her dimples ran deep and a huge smile came out!!! JUST AWESOME!!
Since Uncle Jamie's birthday photo shot and Abigail's first smile caught on camera, there have been countless smiling faces! Parenting has become so much more rewarding now that my daughters can communicate their happiness!!
